WHEN THINGS DON’T QUITE ADD UP . . .

I step into messy, undefined situations and create the structure and clarity needed to get things working so you can focus on what matters.

I’m not a full-time employee. I step in and bring judgment and direction to take ownership of a problem and ensure quality.

Where I’m Most Helpful

MESSY or UNCLEAR SITUATIONS

When data, systems, or information don’t quite add up, and no one has a clear picture of what’s going on.

STALLED or OVERWHELMING PROJECTS

When something important isn’t moving forward—or feels too complex to untangle without dedicated focus.

TRANSITIONS or BREAKDOWNS

After acquisitions or restructuring, team changes, or rapid growth when things become disorganized or fragile.

Examples of What This Has Looked Like in Practice

Disorganized Retail Systems

A luxury retail company couldn’t trust their inventory numbers and historical data.

I analyzed and organized their data so they could track inventory accurately and operate with clarity.

Post-Acquisition Financial Confusion

After an architecture firm acquisition, old financials were unclear and customer account records were unreliable.

I determined what was actually owed, recovered revenue, and put systems in place so the new owners could move forward with confidence.

High-Stakes Data Analysis in Litigation

For years, I have supported litigation teams where I was handed complex data and a specific objective.

I determined what was actually true, identified gaps or inconsistencies, and built analysis that could stand up under scrutiny.

I regularly work with sensitive, highly-confidential data.

Undefined Operational Direction in a Luxury Retail Brand

A luxury retail company wanted to revamp product packaging into a customer experience, but had no plan in place and limited capacity to execute.

I defined the direction, coordinated execution, and developed a cohesive, eco-friendly packaging system the business could actually implement.

Across industries, the pattern is the same:

When something is unclear or not working, I step in, figure it out, and help get things back on track.

Why I Do What I Do

I’ve seen how quickly things can become unclear, disorganized, or harder than they should be, especially when no one has the time to stop and give a problem or special project dedicated focus. I have spent over 20 years being the person people call when something isn’t working or doesn’t quite make sense.

The truth is: work doesn’t stall because people aren’t capable. It stalls because things can get messy, information becomes fragmented, and no one has the bandwidth to own the problem.

I do this work because I find it fulfilling to bring order to chaos, to fix what is broken, and to leave things better than I found them.

I take ownership of the problems that aren’t getting solved.

You focus on your goals.

A Clear Path Forward When Things Feel Messy

ASSESS

I dig in to assess what’s actually happening: what’s unclear, what’s broken, and what matters most.

GAIN CLARITY

I identify what needs to be fixed and outline a clear, practical path forward.

STRUCTURE AND STABILIZE

I help clean things up, put structure in place, and get things working.

Working Style

  • Focused engagements with clear goals

  • Project-based or monthly support

  • Remote-friendly

  • Evenings and weekends available

Let’s talk through what’s not working.

If something feels unclear or harder than it should be, this is where we start. Share a bit about what’s going on, and I’ll follow up to schedule a short call.

We’ll talk through the situation, discuss what’s causing the friction, and determine together whether it makes sense for me to step in and help.
